You get personalized scheduling, proactive status updates, and white-glove support—an enhanced, concierge experience characterized by privacy, authenticity, and accountability—unlike in regular marketplaces.

Terms of Service (TOS):

1) Eligibility & Compliance

1. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

2) Service Overview

Our Service provides a bespoke, private delivery process for eligible digital items/coins in titles that permit player-to-player trading. We do not request your account password.

3) Ordering & Pricing

1. Quotes are valid only at the time provided and may change due to market conditions.

2. An order is accepted when we confirm in writing (e.g., DM/email) and receive payment according to the invoice or checkout page.

3. You are responsible for providing accurate recipient details (e.g., in-game name, region, time zone).

4) Delivery Windows

We aim to deliver within the published windows on our storefront/profile. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to platform maintenance, outages, security checks, or availability.

5) No Refunds After the Private Process Begins

All sales are final once the bespoke/private fulfillment process has begun. This includes resource allocation, scheduling, staging, or initiation of the in-platform trade. Before that point, cancellation requests are considered case-by-case at our sole discretion.

6) Risk Disclosure

Real-money trading may be restricted or prohibited by some platforms. You acknowledge:

• There is inherent risk including—but not limited to—account warnings, restrictions, or bans imposed by third parties.

• We operate only where trading is permitted; however, we do not control platform enforcement actions.

7) Compensation Policy (Bans/Restrictions)

1. Compensation, if any, will only be considered after a full investigation of the circumstances, which may require your cooperation and evidence (e.g., timestamps, screenshots, platform messages).

2. Ineligible for compensation:

   • Accounts that purchased related items/coins from other sellers within 30 days before or after our delivery;

   • Accounts engaged in suspicious or prohibited activity, including automation/bots, chargebacks, RMT reselling, laundering, or policy evasion;

   • Failure to follow our safety guidance (e.g., trade instructions, waiting periods, do/don’t actions).

3. Any compensation is goodwill only, not an admission of fault, and is capped at the lesser of: (a) the order value; or (b) the remaining undelivered portion. Compensation may be provided as store credit or replacement delivery at our discretion.

4. We may deny or reduce compensation where evidence is inconclusive or unavailable.

8) Late Delivery Courtesy

If we miss a quoted window for reasons within our control, we may offer a goodwill bonus (e.g., % extra) as stated on our storefront. This does not apply to delays caused by platform outages, maintenance, anti-fraud checks, or your unavailability.

9) Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose;

• Share, sell, or resell our fulfillment instructions or staff identities;

• Harass or abuse staff or other users;

• Attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or overload our systems;

• Submit false claims, staged evidence, or initiate fraudulent chargebacks.

10) Account Safety & Instructions

We never request your password. You agree to follow our delivery instructions precisely (timing, trade method, confirmation steps). We are not responsible for losses caused by failure to follow instructions or by sharing credentials with third parties.

11) Verification & Security

We may request verification (e.g., payment confirmation, ID checks where legally required) to prevent fraud. Orders may be paused or canceled if verification is not completed.
