Cast on Crit Ice Nova took a hit this patch, which made you pay the mana for every single skill you trigger. The change is big, but it can be solved by putting reduced mana cost of skills (and mana gained for enemies hit) on your rings and by using some nice unique jewels. This time around, the build features an Occultist variant, which is a tankier approach to counter-act the difficutaly raise in this patch (Occultist grants you freeze and chill immunity, reduced damaged from chilled enemies and an additional defensive curse). The build is amazing in every sense: it has insane sustain, tankiness, clear speed, and it is very easy to play: you only need to use Cyclone, which automatically unleashes devastating amount of skills from Critical Strike triggers. With more than 7K Energy Shield at its final form, combined with the cold and freeze-based damage, combined with the insane damage, there will be nothing to stop you. The setup is optimized for the correct attack speed / cooldown recovery breakpoint (which is at 7.57, with the correct Cooldown Recovery rate), so you dont lose any damage!
