Spectral Shield Throw has proven to be the most played skill in the 3.15 patch: there are many reasons behind this. The base skill has insane physical damage, which is mostly getting converted to cold damage, which is by far the safest playstyle with freezing and chilling enemies. The build has amazing clear-and movement speed, thanks to the Raider ascendancy, and the single target damage is way more then enough to kill any in game bosses. Stacking Frenzy Charges (this current setup has 9 in total) also makes you run maps insanely fast! This setup is featuring a popular setup from Crouching Tuna, which rose to popularity insanely fast!
