Introduction
Wardancer makes use of two types of skills: the so-called Esoteric skills that use up her Elemental Meter and deal increased damage because of it, and the regular skills that charge the Elemental Meter up. As a result, her standard gameplay loop revolves around building up resources and then spending them to perform powerful attacks. She has two viable Raiding builds, based on Her Class Engravings:
First Intention and
Esoteric Skill Enhancement. The following build makes use of the latter one.
Esoteric Skill Enhancement Wardancer focuses on Her Esoteric Skills and employs them to deal considerable amounts of Burst Damage while also being capable of keeping up her DPS for prolonged periods (especially at Tier 3). To do optimal Damage, she relies on proper positioning which can sometimes be problematic as her mobility is limited. While in a group, she provides her team with various potent buffs, which makes her a worthy addition to any team. Defense-wise, She's on the low end but She has some defensive tools at Her disposal.

Esoteric Skill Enhancement Wardancer benefits from Swiftness and Specialization: Specialization grants Her higher Elemental Meter gains and Siftness makes Her more mobile and gives Her some much-needed Cooldown Reduction. The exact stat spread, you want to go for, with these two stats will depend on the content Tier you're currently on:

Wardancer throws punches to inflict moderate amounts of damage over 9 separate hits, followed by a powerful finishing blow. This Skill offers decent Stagger Damage and boasts a highly increased Crit Rate, which makes it very reliable during boss encounters. It also deals a lot of damage, especially for a non-spender skill.

Wardancer erupts the energy stored inside her to push enemies away, dealing moderate amounts of damage. Then, she calls forth a gust that shrouds her body, damaging enemies every 0.5 seconds for 35 seconds. This will deal constant damage for as long as you stay close to the boss. Always have it active before engaging. Over the course of an encounter, this skill will amount to a lot of damage because of its almost 100% uptime. It also generates a solid amount of Identity Gauge. |

Esoteric Skill Wardancer strikes the ground to cause three explosions. The explosions advance forward in consecutive order to inflict increasing amounts of damage. Struck enemies are launched into the air. You have Paralysis immunity while using this skill. This is a very powerful spender skill that amounts to a solid portion of your total burst damage, especially with the chosen Tripods.

Fist of Darkness - Changes the skill's Element to Dark and increases its Crit Rate by up to +40% (at Rank 5). The skill now also inflicts enemies Darkness on enemies for 3 seconds.
Weak Point Detection - Increases the skill's Damage to Push-Immune enemies by up to +96% (at Rank 5). Bosses are push-immune, so this serves as a nice damage increase during Raids.
Adrenaline Rush - Changes the final move to an uppercut, knocking foes down. On hit, outgoing Damage +570%. Crit Rate +30%.
Overwhelm - A rune that makes the Skill deal +30% Stagger Damage (Legendary Rune). This will help you help your team with stagger checks. 
Esoteric Extortion - Increases Elemental Meter gained on Energy Combustion hit by up to + 75% (at Rank 5). This will help you generate your resource much faster.
Intense Battle - Increases Damage to Enemies by 5%, up to 50% for 2 seconds on Energy Combustion Hit. If you don't have high-level Cooldown Gems and lack Swiftness, you should use
Skill Reduction instead.
Last Whisper - With this, the encircling squall causes an explosion upon expiring, inflicting additional Damage equal to 166% (at Rank 5) of total Damage inflicted by default energy before knocking enemies into the air.
Wealth - With this Rune, your Identity Meter gained from using the ability will be increased by another 30% (with Epic Rune). 
Lightning Storm - Changes the skill's Element to Lightning. It now creates a Lightning Storm that has a 20% chance on each hit to deal additional Damage equal to 160% (at Rank 5) of the skill's Base Damage. Considering the total number of hits, this is almost certain bonus damage.
Growth Attack - With this Engraving, each Tornado hit increases the skill's Damage by +12% (at Rank 5), up to a total of +108%.
Summon Storm - Changes to Normal mode and removes back attack effect. Slowly calls forth tornado winds from every direction that chases foes for 3seconds. Damage to foes +40% (at Rank 1). On a hit, Push is removed and inflicts Paralysis. This makes the skill more dynamic and easier to use to its full potential.
Galewind - Increase the skill's casting speed. With this, the Skill's animation becomes much faster, making it much more dynamic. 
Weak Point Detection - Increases the damage dealt to push-immune enemies by up to +60% (at Rank 5). Bosses tend to be push-immune, so this will increase your DPS during Raid encounters.
Flame Explosion - Changes the skill's Element to Fire and adds a Damage over Time component to it. Damaged enemies will now be engulfed in flames and receive Fire Damage every second for 5 seconds. This effect stacks up to 6 times, which can potentially make its damage devastating. 
Single Hit - Increases the skill's Damage when it's used against a single enemy by up to +80% (at Rank 5). This Engraving is perfect against Bosses.
Full Moon Kick - Changes the Skill to Normal mode. You now Charge forward and spin to land a finishing blow that inflicts +341% Damage (at Rank 5). This makes the skill much more dynamic and concentrates its damage in one big hit. 
Blessing of the Wind - On skill use, increases your Attack Speed by up to +12,8% (at Rank 5) for 6 seconds.
Quick Preparation - Reduces the skill's Cooldown by up to -9s (at Rank 5). This potentially cuts almost 1/3 of
Ready Attack - With this,
Focus - This Rune lowers the skill's Mana consumption by quite a lot, making it much more cost-effective. 
Esoteric Extortion Engraving, it generates a solid portion of your Identity Gauge.
Supreme Ruler Afterimage - Increases the skill's effect duration by 2 seconds. This equals a higher debuff uptime, which is great.
Fatal Wave - This makes 
Ready Attack Engraving).
Excellent Mobility - Increases the move distance of the first kick move by 1 meter.
Bleed - This Rune makes 
Fist of Dominance, but the latter offers an 80% Damage Resistance bonus. The choice between these two is yours.
Grudge - Increases your Damage Dealt to Bosses (Level 1: +4%, Level 2: +10%, Level 3: +20%), but makes you take 20% more damage from them.
Raid Captain - Increases Damage Dealt by a percentage (Level 1: +10%, Level 2: +22%, Level 3: +45%) of basic Move Speed Bonus.
Spirit Absorption.
Cursed Doll - Increases Attack Power at the cost of reduced 25% Healing Received (does not affect natural Health recovery (Level 1 - +3% Attack Power, Level 2 - 8% Attack Power, Level 3 - +16% Attack Power).
Increase Mass - Increases your Attack Power by (Level 1: +4%, Level 2: +10%, Level 3: +18%) at the cost of 10% reduced Attack Speed.
Adrenaline - When using skills other than mobile and basic attacks, attack power increases by (Lv. 1: 0.3%, Lv. 2: 0.6%, Lv. 3: 1%) for 6 seconds (stacks up to 6), and when this effect reaches its maximum stack, critical hit rate increases by an additional (Lv. 1: 5%, Lv. 2: 10%, Lv. 3: 15%). This effect is applied after the skill ends if the cooldown time reduction due to skill cancellation is applied.
Awakening - Reduces the Cooldown of your Awakening Skill by (level 1: 10%, Level 2: 25%, Level 3: 50%) and increases the maximum number of uses by (Level 1: +1, Level 2: +3, Level 3: +3).
Keen Blunt Weapon - Increases your Crit Damage (Level 1: +10%, Level 2: +25%, Level 3: +50%) but also gives your attacks a chance to deal 20% Reduced Damage.
