Deposits and payments

Users make deposits of funds via available payment methods. Deposits are credited to Users' on-site balances in the form of Credits in equal value to their deposits amount minus the payment processing fee charged. As a Buyer, if you had products in your cart, the corresponding amount of Credits will be automatically allocated to cover up the prices of the ordered products, and your transactions will be created.

Available payment methods on Odealo

PayU is the primary Credit and Payment Cards processing gateway which allows you to pay using Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro Cards. It has a processing fee of 4% + 0.40

Google Pay allows you to pay using Credit and Payment Cards saved in your Google Wallet. This gateway is also operated by PayU and has the same fee of 4% + 0.40

Skrill lets you pay using your Skrill Wallet balance or AMEX, Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro cards if you have them linked to your registered Skrill Account. Depending on your country, you may also this gateway to pay using methods like Neteller, Rapid Transfer, Nordea Solo, Giropay, Sofort, iDeal, POLi, Przelewy24, ePay.bg, AP Union Pay, NetPay, and Direct bank transfers. The Skrill payment processing fee is 4% (min. 1.50)

Webmoney allows you to pay using funds available on your WMZ Wallets. This payment method has no payment processing fee

Odealo balance is a payment method that allows the User to pay with Credits available on his on-site balance. This method becomes available only if you can fully pay for all the items in your cart, as mixing payment methods is not possible. Paying with Odealo balance has no payment processing fee

All the payment methods listed above are accessible to all Users regardless of their Account level, Authorization level, country of residence or any other factor. However, all payments made via Odealo are subject to manual verification. Payment inspection shouldn't take longer than 15 minutes. And if required, for example in case of the transaction value exceeding User's current deposit limits, the Buyer will be requested to provide additional information or obtain a higher Authorization level (check the User Account Help page for more information).

Payment/Deposit limits

Users with the 1st Authorization level who have their personal data and e-mail confirmed can deposit up to 20 per day and 200 per month

After verifying one's phone number via unique SMS code, User can deposit up to 50 per day and 500 per month

Users with the third Authorization level can spend up to 100 per day and 1,000 per month

Users with the fourth Authorization level can spend up to 500 per day and 2,500 per month

The fifth Authorization level is obtained by providing sufficient information to leave no doubt about User's identify and allows the User to deposit funds without any limits

Each Payment/Deposit is evaluated individually, and the limits set in Odealo's Terms of Service are flexible and depend on many factors which include, but are not limited to, User's overall on-site activity, transaction history, country of residence, and the type of products purchased. Users can always contact the site administrators directly to inquire about how much they could spend without having to provide any additional information.
